Shipping policy
Shipping & Delivery for Furniture and Large Items:
Due to the logistics involved with shipping larger pieces, SHF asks clients to submit a quote request form for any furniture or oversized items. This allows us to identify the best local receiving warehouse and white glove delivery service in your area.
If you prefer to pick up your item in-store, please leave a comment in the request's notes. In-store pickup is available at no additional shipping cost.
In-Stock Items:
Most in-stock, smaller items will ship out within 48 hours via UPS Ground after receiving the client's payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for your shipment to arrive. In the case that an item is on backorder, you will be notified within 72 hours of placing your order. At that time, we will provide you with an estimated ship date.
Please note: We are currently unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, and international addresses.
Special Order Items:
In addition to what we have in stock, many items can be special ordered, including custom upholstery, large furniture pieces, and select accessories. Because many of these pieces are made to order, lead times can vary from 3 to 10 weeks or longer. We aim to provide you with the most accurate lead time possible within one week of your order.
Please note: All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
